This was a surprisingly good read! Another amazing story by Elise. New characters and some old ones, I loved it! I especially loved how Emmy made an appearance without making an appearance ;) Looking forward to the next one in this series!

I enjoyed this little novella. It has much of the same characteristics as other Elise Noble writings – a connection to other books that are intriguing but doesn’t require that one is familiar with the other books, a sense of humor, delicious romance and passion, and, of course, people who do bad things being held accountable. This is a story of a young woman trying to find her way in show business, the new potential love, and the love left behind long ago. And of course there is a dog!

I love Elise Noble's style of writing and this book didn't disappoint. This is a quick, easy read but worth the time. Sometimes you just want a short, romantic story and this ticks all those boxes. About hope and having the courage to pursue dreams and about love. Interesting and insightful characters, and a great fast-paced plot. I voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book.
