For eBooks, you'll receive a download link BookFunnel for either an ePub or Mobi (Kindle) file, and they also provide technical support if you need a hand loading the book onto your e-reader.
Audiobooks are delivered via the awesome BookFunnel app, which includes a full-featured audiobook player - just enter the code you receive after purchase and your audiobook will magically appear in your library 🙂

Why would I want to buy direct?
eBooks / Audiobooks
If you want to own your ebooks and audiobooks, buying direct is the best option. When you "buy" from the big retailers (Amazon, etc), what you get is a license to read the content. If the store goes bust (unlikely, but possible, looking at you Sony store), then your books are non longer available. Buying direct means that can't happen. And you can still use the full-featured BookFunnel app to read/listen - kind of like using the Kindle app but without endless ads.
Plus if you're a newsletter subscriber, you can get 10% off all digital items in my store.
Paperbacks
Signed copies of my books are only available from my store. The price is the same as buying from other retailers, plus they come with a free bookmark.
BUT shipping takes longer, so if getting the book ASAP is important to you, then it's best to buy from Amazon or The Great British Bookshop. The print quality from the GBB is better than Amazon IMHO, and they're printed by the same company I use to print my author copies.
