Blackwood Character Art!

I can’t believe it’s been over ten years since Emmy first ka-powed her way onto people’s bookshelves! Time flies when you’re having fun, right 😅

Because I like shelf trophies as much as the next book junkie, I decided to do something fun, and by “fun,” I mean crying into my coffee as I wrangled Photoshop files and reformatted manuscripts and wrote art briefs and tweaked bonus chapters (pretty much rewrote those!) so I can include them in print. Forever Black will be extended by 14 chapters with Black and Black to Vegas combined into one super long epilogue.

Anyhow, Black Trilogy hardcover special editions will be coming! Foiled covers, sprayed edges, pretty chapter headers, patterned endpapers, ribbon bookmarks, interior artwork…

I don’t have the spoons for a kickstarter or any of that gubbins, so they’ll just be available from my website soon. And here’s a sneak peek at the artwork…
