Fast cake

Thanks to Corine from my reader group for sending me this recipe!
Ingredients:
1 box of angel food cake mix
1 can of crushed pineapple in juice
Instructions:
Mix quickly, and when it starts to foam, pour into a sheet cake pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or so, until lightly golden brown.
It's about a cup of juice, so you can use other chopped fruits and juices or soak the fruits in milk first to distribute the flavor.
Corine has used chopped peaches in juice with a half teaspoon of ginger – delicious!
